Returns & Exchanges

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with us, however occasionally you may need to return an item.
You are entitled to cancel your order if you change your mind, provided you exercise your right no more than 14 days after receipt of your order. This doesn’t affect or limit your statutory rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.

If you wish to return or exchange a product please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order by calling emailing us at shop@rhass.org.uk clearly stating if you require a refund or exchange. We are only able to exchange items for the same product. You should then return your product within 14 days. On receipt of your returned product(s) we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.

The returned goods need to be in the same condition in which you received the goods. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Except where goods are faulty, return postage is at your own cost and risk.

Faulty Products

If you are returning a product because it is faulty or damaged please return the product within 30 days . We will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail.

Refunds

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a cheque will be raised to the address on the order.

How to return your products

Please include your confirmation email with your purchase reference and list the goods being returned and the reason for returning them.
If you are claiming a refund for goods that are faulty or not as described, please include receipts showing any return delivery charges.
