Flock to the Show 2023 was an interactive public art trail across Scotland, taking in over 160 different locations.

This is your opportunity to enter into a prize draw to win your favourite sculpture!

A Land of Parasites, was designed by local artist Eilidh Geddes.

'A Land of Parasites’ depicts the contrast between our picturesque landscapes and the hidden parasite challenge that lies within. Parasite control is a challenge for all livestock farmers as they have a significant welfare and economic cost to the sheep industry. Consequently, the purpose of this design was to bring awareness to this issue, bringing together Eilidh’s research on sustainable parasite control, and work as a pet portrait artist. The design depicts three parasites of major importance to the sheep industry: sheep scab, roundworms, and liver fluke, and demonstrates where they are commonly found within the landscape.'

Individual tickets cost £25 and can be purchased as single or as multiplies. Each ticket is equivalent to entry into the prize draw

The Royal Highland & Agricultural Society of Scotland is a registered charity and all money raised through the sale of this sculpture will be used to advance our charitable objectives. Monies raised through the sale of the Flock will be distributed through the RHASS Awards and Grants programme and will support grass roots charities working across rural Scotland.
